Once you book we’ll take a fully refundable deposit of £25. By securing your slot, you are committing to your agreed appointment time and date. Appointments can be re-arranged with at least five days notice. If you give late notice or don’t turn up for your appointment you will forfeit your deposit to partly cover some of our preparation time. There are NO further charges unless you give late notice or you wish to purchase anything extra in your viewing. Once your experience is completed, the deposit will be refunded or you can put it towards anything you wish to purchase.
