ONLINE BOOKING FOR VENTURE STUDIOS
Welcome to our online booking system. There’s 4 important things to note before you book!:
For some of the studios you may see the same time slot available twice. That’s because they have 2 studios within the facility, and both are free when you’re looking.
Occasionally someone else will book your time slot just before you do as you’re looking at it. It’s first come first serve.
We shall contact you within 48 working hours (Tuesday to Saturday) to get further details for your photoshoot such as attendees, special requests etc. If there’s anything urgent though, please call our main booking line on 01926 42 66 77. If we can’t contact you within 48 hours of first attempting to, your appointment will be cancelled to allow someone else to have your space.
When we call we’ll take a fully refundable deposit of £25. By securing your slot, you are committing to your agreed appointment time and date. Appointments can be re-arranged with at least five days notice. If you give late notice or don’t turn up for your appointment you will forfeit your deposit to partly cover some of our preparation time. There are NO further charges unless you give late notice or you wish to purchase anything extra in your viewing. Once your experience is completed, the deposit will be refunded or you can put it towards anything you wish to purchase.
If you’re new to Studio Photography you may not realise that there’s a lot goes into your experience the days before your session so the cancellation fee helps cover a small proportion of our time. For further info check out www.venturemidlands.co.uk/customerdeposit
